How Much Nitrogen Is In An Amino Acid?

Proteins are made of smaller molecules called amino acids.

Each amino acid is made of different atoms, but they all contain nitrogen (N). Measure the mass of N in relation to the total mass of the amino acid and you'll have a ratio.
